Outside shot of the house

Samantha and Siberion welcome you

The entry hall (or mud room) has three windows. The plants love it there and get plenty of sunlight. Each of the kids have their own window seat to watch the world.

The hall is also filled with fun pictures and the brass bell that hung in Grandpa & Grandma Swanson's house for years! (and oh the grief my cousins and I caused with this bell!!!)

The front hall will dump you into the living room
of the new house

The TV looks a bit lonely, but I let Glenn keep the big entertainment center since it fit so well at the old place

Yes, those are my dead cats Sasha and Newbie.

You can't tell bit the photo above the couch is San Antonio in 1920.

Looking from the living room into the dining room. The thing in the corner is the kid's tree....

With nine windows, the office is filled with natural light, and provides both Siberion and Samantha with a "cinemascope" view of outside

Following the advice of my "partner in crime" Helen, The wall of me surrounds me in my office.

And of course you can see my Star Trek calendar which has been an annual gift from my Mom & Dad for years....

See the great table? Well I refinished this junk table and it turned out to be birds eye maple. It is great in the house, and is vintage 1940's

Another shot of the dining room

The house is filled with windows as well as an attic fan. Original built in 1931, they designed it with "cooling" in mind

I have always wanted a roll top desk, and before I left San Antonio, I got one from Linda at ABC!

The finishing touches are from the basement mantle from Grandpa Swanson's

The Kid's room (aka the guest room or the Lucy Room

I love my kitty soap dispenser.... Thanks Helen!!!!

I have to pack all my "product" onto a small vanity here

A Book everyone should have

Yes, it is smaller than the one that I had in San Antonio

But since I use it for just two main functions..

It will do!
